Consent is opt-in andseparate. If you check the SMS opt-in box on our contact form atgrantandpower.com/contact, or if you reply YES to a one-time opt-in requestafter a phone or email conversation with our team, you are giving consent toreceive recurring text messages from Grant & Power Landscaping aboutscheduling, appointments, and service updates related to your inquiry. Thisconsent is separate from any other consent you give us (such assubmitting the contact form, agreeing to be contacted by email, or acceptingour terms). You can submit the contact form without opting in to SMS, and wewill respond by email or phone instead.
What you will receive. Messagesare limited to operational customer-care content: consultation confirmations,install-day arrival windows, plant-care reminders during establishment periods,and follow-up after seasonal services. No marketing or promotional content issent through this channel.
Frequency. Messagefrequency varies based on your project. Typical frequency is 1–5 messages perinquiry over a 2–6 week period.
How to opt out. Reply STOPto any text message at any time. You will be unsubscribed and will not receivefurther SMS messages from us. Reply HELP for help, or email privacy@greengardengrp.comfor assistance. You can also request deletion of your phone number and SMSconsent record by emailing that same address.
Rates and carriers. Standardmessage and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan. Grant &Power Landscaping does not charge for the messages themselves. Carrierparticipation may vary, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undeliveredmessages.
Your number is not sold orshared for marketing. Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS purposes areused solely to deliver the messages described above. We do not sell,rent, or share these numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.Phone numbers may be shared only with the service providers needed to deliverthe SMS messages themselves (for example, our SMS-sending platform), underwritten contracts that prohibit further use.
