This modern new construction was a blank slate.  The homeowners wanted a space they could entertain family and friends comfortably while also buffering the 12’ wall supporting the upper patio.  The mix of water and fire is incredibly relaxing and a hit to all who see it.

The new owners of this recent build wanted something to match the aesthetic of the home and property. A rustic feel with a little luxury and loads of comfort mixed in. The result is a space they can enjoy themselves or with 100 of their closest friends.

After living in their home for eight years it was time for an upgrade. We added a sport court, year-round spa and louvered pergola to complete the yard. Now THIS is the yard all the kid’s friends want to be in.

While house hunting, this client knew they wanted a large yard for entertaining. The result is a yard that appeals to all ages and can be enjoyed year round.
