Monthly Residential Maintenance Program
We recommend our monthly Estate Maintenance Program to our clients who require
a consistent professionally groomed appearance
for their landscape investment. The monthly Estate Maintenance Program allows
for our team to monitor and care for your landscape on a 4 week rotating cycle.
This means a better value for you, our customer. Due to the ability to route
our crews more efficiently, our charged hourly rate is discounted to you. Our
crews are on site more often than with our other Estate Maintenance Programs
therefore they will need to spend less time to assure a quality performance.
Both of these reasons provide you quality services at a value driven price.
We have outlined for you the timeline and schedule of quality services of which
will be provided on a monthly basis for an approximate eight-month period.
