FAQ

  1. Q. What is the difference between a perennial and an annual plant?
    A. An annual plant is one that completes its lifecycle in 1 year.  They are typically used for showy seasonal color and need to be replanted every year.  Perennials live for more than 1 year and are used to add color to the garden as well but do not need to be planted every year.
  2. Q. When should I water my plants and how much watering is necessary?
    A. Please refer to the Plant Care Tips portion of the Grant & Power website.
  3. Q. Once I sign the contract how long will it be before my landscaping is installed?
    A. Installation start times can vary depending on the time of year and size of your project. Your sales consultant can give you a more precise schedule at the time of your consultation.
  4. Q. Once my landscape project begins will the installation crew be there each day?
    A. Once the landscape crew arrives at your home you can expect them to be there each day with the exception of severe weather or weekends.. In rare instances there may be a delay in completion due to subcontractor schedules or last minute changes requested by the customer that may affect completion of the project.
  5. Q. Is there any supervision while my project is being installed?
    A. Each crew has a lead Forman to oversee your project throughout your installation. Your project may also be visited by Project Managers from our production department as well as your Landscape Sales Consultant.
  6. Q. Who do I call if I have a concern or question about my project?
    A. Your Landscape Sales Consultant is your primary contact before, during, and after your project is complete.
